Cute boy hat

Check out this cute baby boy hat I whipped up for a client. Came out nicely.

Isn't it just super cute? I love these colours together, they're so cute and the button adds such a nice flair. I am quite pleased with it.

Crocheted Hair bows

Since making ribbon bows, I decided to try my hand at crocheted bows. Here they are:

So cute! Here's one other ribbon bow I made:

Since I made so many hair bows, I needed somewhere to put them, so then came the hair bow holder, I just couldn't resist! This is such a great idea I saw on little birdie secrets. Check it out!

I finally got an opportunity for my daughter to wear a bow. It looks so adorable on her, and she loved it!

Here is my angel playing with her cousin. So cute!

Bow Delicious!

I have a confession to make...here goes...I love designing! There I said it! No, I mean I love, love designing. For me it's like when I get an idea I have to make it...like an itch I have to scratch!

I decided I have to make some hair bows for my daughter since her hair is getting longer and more beautiful and the hair accessories available in Trinidad just aren't fabulous enough for my little diva. So I thought well and hard or hard and well, whichever way you like saying it and came up with these beauties!

Aren't they just gorgeous and fun? I can't wait to post pics with my Angel wearing them.

I just love ribbons! I collect them...I have every shade and size of every color. Finally I found a purpose for my most loved and treasured ribbons and I'm quite happy :) Trinidad doesn't have a lot of grosgrain ribbons however, I think I've been to every ribbon store searching for them, but the colors and patterns are quite limited so I make do with what I've  got. It's much more creative that way I think.

Now I can't wait to make a hair bow holder! So excited...gosh, I'm such an addict!

**Happy Creating**

Handmade rocks!!!

I love making stuff with card stock! Lately all I've been able to make are gift boxes. These are so unique and were effortlessly made using some card stock, ribbons and embellishments from my stockpile.

The hat and shoes were ordered by the client as well as the matching box. They look so good together.

Hopefully, someday I'll be able to use my card stock for scrapbooking...it's intended purpose. Meanwhile I'll continue to browse Sarah's lovely scrapbook pages at http://papertree.blogspot.com/ and dribble while I do so...sigh.

Cute for Boys

I made this for my cousin's baby boy. I really love how well the baby blue, yellow and white look together! They work so well. It's so soothing to look at.

They're just so darn cute and easy to make. I love buttons, they can really make something simple like this hat and shoes, look so yummy! I love playing around with buttons to make unique styles like this one.

For the baby boys

So far I have only made girly stuff, well, this week I got an order for a baby boy set, the requested colour was baby blue and white, however, I made somestuff using different variations and matching colours to show my friend just so that she would have a variety to choose from. Here they are:

Apart from these lovely items, I've been working on adding a sole to my crocheted shoes so that toddlers (like my Emma) can wear them as well, because she loves them but can't really wear them as they slide on tile and they underside can get wet easily. So for her I decided to add the sole, its coming along well I must say. Will show the final product soon! Also, I made her a very cute cocheted belt, since I haven't been able to find one for her anywhere and her pants are always cruising down her waist cause she's so tiny. It came out great I must say, didn't get a chance to take pics of it yet, but you'll see it soon!

That's all for now folks, gotta go feed the kiddie! Take care and have a wonderful weekend. Oh and we're getting a ginea pig this week, should be fun seeing Emma playing with it. Well I'm off now!
